When you submit your question through Hushmail to hoperising@hushmail.com, a notification is sent to Hope Rising indicating a new message is waiting. Hope Rising will then access that email through Hushmail's secure system and respond to your questions through Hushmail. Your free Hushmail account will stay active as long as you access the account within every three weeks. If you go longer than three weeks you must pay for the Hushmail account to access your previous messages. If this happens and you would like additional sessions we recommend creating a new free Hushmail account. Within the limitations of security inherent in secure e-mail communication, internet counseling is just as confidential as "regular" counseling. Please do not send any private or personal information through regular email, that method of communication is not secure. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

2. Purchase a counseling session or sessions using the Buy Now buttons below, include your Hushmail ID.
3. Answer the Pre-Session form questions and send the message to hoperising@hushmail.com.
